Prepay and save
Example: 3 staff members on Pro is Rs 3,600 a month — Rs 1,200 each. Prepay 360 days and it is Rs 36,720 instead of Rs 43,200.

Questions, answered
Is Qudo really free?
Yes. One staff member is free forever — your booking page, the live queue, your dashboard and an itemised bill for every visit. You pay when you add a second staff member or turn on Pro features.
What counts as a “staff member”?
A bookable person or spot — a stylist, a service bay or a treatment room. The free plan is one of them; on Pro and Pro+ every staff member costs the same, so your second one costs no more than your fifth.
Does the free plan show ads?
Yes. On the free plan your public booking page and status page carry a small ad banner. Any paid plan removes it completely.
Is the SMS really unlimited?
Yes, on Pro and Pro+. Reminders, booking confirmations and updates are all included — there is no per-message charge and no bundle to top up.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They book from your link and track their booking on a web page — nothing to download.
How do I pay?
Online by card via PayHere. You prepay 30, 90, 180 or 360 days — the longer the period, the bigger the discount.
What if I don’t renew?
You get a 7-day grace period. After that your booking page pauses until you renew, but your bookings, customers and settings are all kept.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, on Pro+. Show a LankaQR with the exact deposit amount filled in, or your own payment details. Deposits are credited toward the final bill.
