Every visit gets an itemised bill your customer can open, print or receive by email. Free on every plan.
Finish a booking and the bill writes itself: the services performed, the prices actually charged, any deposit already paid and the balance that changed hands. The customer opens it from their status link, prints it, or has it emailed — a real receipt, free on every plan, because a proper bill is a reason to like a salon, not something to sell back to you.
Bills are permanent records: numbered in sequence, never silently edited. Mistakes are fixed the honest way — a void or a credit note — which is exactly what makes the numbers trustworthy when tax season comes.
How to set it up

Finish a visit
Tap Done on the booking. The bill sheet opens with the booked services pre-filled — adjust the price if the work changed, add a product, apply a discount.

Let the deposit settle itself
A deposit the customer already paid is credited automatically; the bill shows the balance due, not the full price again.

Hand it over, their way
The customer's status link now shows the itemised bill. Add their email once and every future bill offers to send itself.

Review the day in Finances → Bills
Every bill in one list — search by customer or number, reprint, email again, or void with a reason. This list is what your reports and tax figures are built from.
