Sell products too
Shampoo, wax, gift vouchers — ring up a counter sale in one tap, with or without a booking.
Not everything you sell sits in a chair. The bottle of shampoo on the way out, the wax a regular picks up monthly, a gift voucher — Qudo rings them up as counter sales, with or without a booking behind them, so the sale is on the record and in your figures.
This is what keeps your reports honest: a tax report built only from bookings quietly omits every retail sale. And when a counter sale is attached to a customer's number, it joins their history and their lifetime value — the shampoo buyer who visits monthly is more valuable than she looks.
How to set it up
- 1
Build your product list
Settings → Products: name, price, and whether it is active. This is the list the bill sheet offers.
- 2
Ring up a counter sale
New bill — on the Dashboard toolbar and in Finances → Bills. Add products, take payment, done. No booking required.
- 3
Attach the customer when you can
Add their phone number to the sale and it lands in their history and lifetime spend. An email gets them the receipt — and future bills send themselves.
- 4
Add products to a visit's bill
Finishing a booking? The same bill sheet adds retail lines beside the services — one bill, one payment, one record.
Try it on your own salon
