Reports
Revenue, chair use and your busiest hours — by day, week, month or year.
The reports answer the questions owners actually ask: how much came in, who is busy and who is idle, which hours fill first, how this month compares to last. By day, week, month or year — built from your bills, so the figures are the same ones your accountant will see.
Leakage is on the same screen: no-shows, cancellations and walk-in share, period against period. A salon that watches these two numbers — revenue and leakage — for a month usually finds a schedule change worth real money.
How to set it up
- 1
Open Manage → Reports
Pick the range: day, week, month or year, with arrows to step through periods and a comparison against the one before.
- 2
Read the money first
Revenue for the period, service against product sales, and average ticket — with the change against the previous period beside each.
- 3
Then the chairs
Utilisation per member: hours booked against hours available. An idle chair on a busy day is a rostering fix, not a marketing problem.
- 4
Then the shape of the week
Busiest hours and days show where peak really is — which is exactly where peak-only deposits and an extra pair of hands belong.
